How does ATS resume optimization work?
An applicant tracking system (ATS) extracts the text of your CV into fields and lets recruiters search and filter by keywords. Optimizing for ATS means making that text easy to read (standard headings, consistent dates, no key information inside images) and using the posting's terms where they truthfully describe your experience. It improves how your CV is read and found; it can't guarantee an interview.
How does CVixeo optimize a resume for ATS?
CVixeo's templates use standard section headings and real text that ATS software can parse. With Premium, the ATS check scores your CV from 0 to 100 and gives three to five concrete suggestions on structure, wording and keywords.
